Our Process: From Order Placement to Project Completion
At CreatedPixels, we follow a structured process to ensure clear communication, smooth project execution, and timely delivery. Below is a detailed breakdown of how we work from the moment you place an order until the final delivery of your project.
1. Project Details and Agreement
First, we will gather all the necessary details about your project. This includes specifications, artistic direction, and any specific requirements. At this stage, we will also introduce you to our Terms of Service, which can be reviewed on our website. Once we have all the information needed, we are ready to move forward.
2. Initial Payment and Scheduling
To secure your spot in our project queue, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required. This payment acts as a confirmation of your order. After receiving the deposit, you will be notified of the scheduled start date for your project.
Pre-Start Notification: We will not send any updates before your project start date. However, one day before the start of your commission, you will receive a notification reminding you that work is about to begin.
Initial Progress Update: Within 24 hours of your project’s start, you will receive the first progress update. After this, you will receive regular progress updates every 24 hours until the project is completed.
3. Completion and Final Payment
Once the project is completed on our side, we will request the remaining 50% payment. At this stage, the initial files will be delivered without any revisions.
4. Revisions Process
You are entitled to two rounds of revisions as part of the project:
First Round of Revisions: After receiving the initial files, you may request changes based on the scope of the project. Once these revisions are completed, you will confirm the changes.
Second Round of Revisions: If further adjustments are needed, we will proceed with the second round of revisions. After this, we will deliver the final product to you.
5. Final Product Delivery
Once the revisions are finalized and approved, the final files will be delivered. If additional changes are requested after the second round of revisions, these will incur additional fees, which will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding. Once you agree to the additional charges, we will make the final adjustments and deliver the revised files.
